Our approach is very simple. We want to ensure that there is direct ROI (Return on Investment) for what we do. Before we implement a single automation/feature/application we ensure that we all agree that the investment meets the approval of the business management.

Discover and Document
For all process automation projects, we meet with the business stakeholders to understand the process but also utilize Process Advisor and team recordings to understand the process and evaluate fully. After this initial data collection, we document the business process and get agreed-upon business process requirements along with a defined ROI.

Design and Plan
​After the requirements have been defined a clear design is drawn up that will reflect an easy-to-maintain solution. With this design, we then create an itemized task plan that will allow us to rapidly develop and adapt to changes if needed.

Implementation
This is the phase where all the magic happens. The build has begun, and we are diligently working to deliver a working solution on time and on budget. We ensure that during this phase we are very interactive and provide periodic updates with progress demonstrations.

Test & Validate
​Testing is key to the acceptance of any solution. We validate that all requirements are present within the solution, and we have provided the best solution that has the highest ROI possible.

Transition to Organization
By training your staff on how to use and maintain the solution we break a future dependency on our staff and allow us to work with you more strategically and help your business improve at what they do best.
